This policy describes the general cancellation and refund approach for Local Growth AI business subscriptions. Your accepted order or checkout may specify additional terms.
Canceling a subscription
You may cancel before your next renewal. Use your available billing portal or contact us through the website contact form to request cancellation. Please include your business name and account email so we can identify your subscription. Service generally continues through the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Recurring charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except for billing errors or where required by law. If separately quoted implementation or setup work applies to your order, that work may become non-refundable once work starts; any such charge and terms will be disclosed before you agree.
