Terms of Service

These terms govern business use of Local Growth AI's AI receptionist and related services. An agreed order or checkout may contain additional commercial terms; if they conflict, the agreed order controls for those terms.
Service and access
Local Growth AI helps businesses answer calls, collect lead information, and coordinate appointments using an AI receptionist and a business dashboard. You are responsible for authorized access to your account, accurate business information, and the rules and instructions you provide for calls, scheduling, and escalations.
Responsible use
You are responsible for lawful call recording, notices, consent, and any text messaging associated with your business, including applicable privacy, telemarketing, and telecommunications rules. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights. You remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and following up with callers.
AI and third-party services
AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken; the service does not replace human judgment and cannot guarantee that every call is answered, every appointment is booked, or any particular lead, job, or revenue result. Telephony, calendars, hosting, and payment features may rely on third-party providers and their availability or terms. Phone routing depends on the customer's provider and is planned during implementation, not automatically changed by us.
Fees and subscription
Prices, billing frequency, usage charges, and any separately quoted work are described in your accepted order or checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew according to those terms until canceled. Payment information is handled by the billing provider; we do not ask you to submit card details through our demo form.
Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, except where such limits are prohibited by law or for fraud or willful misconduct.
