For accounts, we process login and membership details, business settings, and activity needed to provide and secure the service. We may also collect technical information such as device, browser, and usage diagnostics.
Information processed for our customers
For businesses using the service, we process caller and lead contact information, call recordings, transcripts and summaries where enabled, scheduling details, and related communications on their behalf. The business is responsible for its own notices, consent, and instructions regarding callers and customers. We use this data to answer calls, qualify leads, manage appointments, and provide the business dashboard and support.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the service, support customers, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, voice and telephony, calendar connections, communications, and payments, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes, or maintain security; retention may differ by customer configuration and data type. We then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
